Hatboru has adopted a solution partnership and 100% customer satisfaction as a principle before and after the project. For this reason, the production of parts such as elbows, tees and reducers, which are difficult to produce in land conditions and which necessitates fabrication production in most specifications are offered in accordance with the project requirements and related standards.

Elbows

In Hatboru facilities, elbows with a diameter between Ø219mm and Ø3048mm, by 11°, 15°, 22°, 30°, 45°, 60°, and 90° angles or any angle and diameter as per the project requirements are cut by automatic machinery and manufactured in compliance with TS EN 10224 standards.

TEE

TEEs with a diameter between Ø219mm and Ø3048mm equipped with welding ends or flanged by dimensions in line with customer requirements are manufactured in compliance with TS EN 10224 standards.

Flanges

Hatboru manufactures straight flanges between DN15 and DN600 in the pressure class of PN6, PN10, PN16, PN25, and PN40 in compliance with TS EN 1092-1 and DIN standards.
