Operating in the steel piping industry since 1964, Hatboru San. ve Tic. A.Ş. switched from manufacturing irrigation and drilling pipes to manufacturing potable water, oil, and natural gas spiral welded pipes that meet TSE and API 5L standards in 1998 to become one of the leading companies in the steel piping industry.

In 2013, Hatboru was not satisfied with its existing capacity and therefore increased its indoor space to 30,000m² on the company premises with a total area of 100,000m² in the Antakya Organized Industrial Zone in order to receive a larger share from projects involving potable water, irrigation water, and oil pipelines in the steel pipe industry and to generate more employment opportunities in the region. Moreover, it increased the processable sheet thickness from 20mm to 40mm and the maximum outside diameter from 2.540mm to 3.048mm through its machinery investments. Hatboru has a combined production capacity of 200,000 tons/year with its 2 Steel Drill Pipe production lines and 3 Spiral Welded Steel Pipe production lines.

In addition to steel pipes, Hatboru Plastik Boru San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. began manufacturing PVC drill pipe fittings as well as PVC wash-basin supply pipes in line with customer requirements in 2009 and has become a leading brand in the sector within a short period of time. In addition, Hatboru began sales from its inventory through the importation of seamless casings, tubing, drill pipes, (rods) and line pipes in compliance with API 5CT/5D/5L standards in order to expand its range of products in the area of steel pipes. Moreover, Hatboru also undertakes elbow, TE, reduction, and flange manufacturing in addition to opening slots on casing pipes.

Aiming to achieve the highest quality production in the industry, Hatboru has obtained OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) and TS EN ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) in addition to the current ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System certification in order to ensure the implementation of the internationally-recognized Integrated Quality Management System (IQMS) in the industry and continues its activities with a commitment to provide the best service.

Clarification Text on the Processing of Personal Data of Visitors

This Clarification Text was issued by Hatboru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. with registered office located at Antakya OSB 6. Yol No:15 Antakya/ HATAY (hereinafter “Hatboru”) as the data controller pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the “Law” or “KVKK”) and the “Communique on the Procedures and Principles for the Performance of Obligation for Providing Clarification to Data Subjects”.

Your personal data, such as your first and last name, personal ID number, the name of your employer company, video footage, entry-exit time, etc. as collected during your visits to Hatboru buildings, facilities, and premises are subject to processing limited to the purposes of the creation and follow-up of visitor logs, ensuring physical site and workplace security, and follow-up for entry and exit procedures for visitors.

Such personal data are collected in line with the legal basis of “provided that it is required for the performance of a legal obligation of the data controller” and “provided that the processing of personal data is required for the legitimate interests of the data controller on the condition that such processing shall be without prejudice to the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject” as provided under Article 5 of the aforesaid Law and processed by automatic and non-automatic means.

Such personal data may be transferred to judicial authorities or relevant law enforcement officers for the resolution of legal disputes or upon request as per applicable legislation.

Upon request, you are entitled to submit a written application to Hatboru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. for your requests provided under Article 11 of the Law pursuant to the “Communique on the Procedures and Principles for Application to Data Controller”.
